Triple certified since 2013 by the certification body IMANOR For the distribution of electricity, drinking water and the management of liquid sanitation on all of its sites, RADEEMA has invested daily in testing its SMI, which places it in a proactive dynamic of sustainable development articulated around good governance, social cohesion and continuous performance improvement. Today and after the migration in 2017 to the 2015 versions of the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and their maintenance in 2018, RADEEMA has consolidated its position as one of the few Moroccan public establishments to have an Integrated Management System by Quality, Safety and the Environment meeting the most elaborate national and international standards. As such and thanks to this triumphant journey from the Régie to excellence, RADEEMA has been awarded three successive international distinctions (International QualitySummitAward): in Geneva in March 2014, in New York in June 2016 and Frankfort in June 2017. In this perspective, and in confirmation of its commitments, RADEEMA continues its development by programming a large investment program, proactively affecting the protection of the environment and the sustainable management of water resources. Indeed, the Régie de Marrakech, a pioneer in its field, and like its major wastewater treatment and reuse project and its extension planned for 2019, RADEEMA has set up one of the largest solar sludge drying plants worldwide. In addition, other changes concerned the strengthening of basic infrastructure and the modernization of management tools through the dematerialization of procedures, thus optimizing the relationship with individual customers, investors and all of the Régie's interested parties.
