Word from the General Manager

RADEEMA, during these 47 years of existence, has always testified to the hard work of its collaborators engaged to ensure the best of services for the inhabitants of Marrakech and its visitors, thus offering favorable conditions for socio-economic development and the sustainable development of the city, the Region and the Kingdom. 2015, 2016 and 2017 are years of influence both nationally and internationally. Indeed, throughout these years and through the completion and launch of major mobilizing projects, we have oriented all our programs and actions to fuel our ambition to position RADEEMA among the major companies of the Kingdom. This vision, conditioned by strict compliance with the Moroccan Code of Good Governance Practices, has enabled us to meet the requirements of all of our stakeholders and ensure optimal use of our infrastructure while guaranteeing its strengthening. It is with this in mind, and in order to maintain this momentum, we have worked, on a daily basis, to establish a new, more coherent culture, focused on respecting our values, requiring us to have a more exemplary citizenship and a course of action marked by fairness in our decisions, ethics and transparency in our relationships. This culture also constitutes a major lever in the achievement of our objectives aimed more particularly at the generalization of access to our basic services, registering an improvement in service rates as well as improving the performance of our networks through in particular the in service with the Central Multi-Fluid Control Office (BCC). In addition, we continued to concretize our development programs by launching new projects always more respectful of our environment, in particular the solar sludge drying project and the extension of the treatment capacity of the WWTP in Marrakech and its line. biogas recovery by methanization of sewage sludge. Our commitments also concerned the promotion of the reuse of treated water by the signing of new agreements allowing the golf complexes to benefit, in 2017, from more than 7.5 million m3 against 4 million m3 in 2013.
